We continuously review and strengthen our processes and practices, applying best-in-class frameworks and achieving leading global accreditations and certifications. Our Trust Center is a single destination where stakeholders can see exactly how we protect their data, what standards we’re held to, and how our controls are validated.  

Our accreditations & certifications include: 

SOC 2 Type II 

GridBeyond maintains a SOC 2 Type II report, demonstrating that our systems and controls are independently audited over time to ensure the highest standards of security, availability, and confidentiality. 

ISO 

ISO 9001 is more than just jumping through the right hoops for the audits, it is a certification based on continual improvement and implementing processes for long term success. Our high standards are maintained through a quality management system, which ensures that documentation, processes and management are all accountable to and compliant with the plan-do-check-act methodology and “right first time” attitude. 

ISO 14001 accreditation affirms our commitment to the planet, and ensuring we leave a better planet for generations to come. Environmental management is prominent within the organisation’s strategic direction and there are a number of initiatives implemented to protect the environment from harm and degradation. 

ISO 45001 demonstrates GridBeyond’s commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy, and resilient working environment for all employees and partners. Through structured health and safety management systems, we proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with global standards, and continuously improve workplace conditions. This certification reinforces our responsibility to protect our people and support safe operations across all regions. 

Cyber Essentials 

By obtaining the Cyber Essential certificate, GridBeyond demonstrates the ability to protect your data and prevent cyber attacks. This IT Governance certification has been passed so our clients can be sure that the right security controls have been put in place and extensively tested by an external authority. The government have found that Cyber Essentials can prevent around 80% of cyber attacks. 

NERC-CIP 

NERC-CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) is the mandatory framework overseen by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation to protect the Bulk Electric System across North America from cyber and physical threats. It is a suite of standards covering areas including which systems are critical to grid reliability and assigning the appropriate level of risk and protection, how systems connect to and communicate across networks and protecting the facilities and infrastructure that support the grid. 

NERC-CIP compliance is a continuous operating discipline rather than a one-time audit. For customers operating in North American markets, it’s a strong signal that GridBeyond meets the same standard that utilities and grid operators are held to.
