Above & beyond quality assurance…

At GridBeyond, we take quality, security, and trust seriously. We continuously review and strengthen our processes and practices, applying best-in-class frameworks and achieving leading global accreditations and certifications.

For full transparency on our security, compliance, and data protection practices, you can explore our Trust Center, where we provide detailed visibility into our certifications, controls, and operational standards:

Our accreditations & certifications include:

SOC 2 Type II

GridBeyond maintains a SOC 2 Type II report, demonstrating that our systems and controls are independently audited over time to ensure the highest standards of security, availability, and confidentiality.

Enterprise-Grade Security & Compliance

GridBeyond operates to the highest global standards of security, compliance, and operational control. Our SOC 2 Type II certification, combined with ISO standards and Cyber Essentials, demonstrates independently audited, enterprise-grade protection of customer data.

End-to-end security model covering infrastructure, product, and organisational controls. Advanced access & encryption safeguards across all systems. Continuous monitoring and control validation. Transparent Trust Center to accelerate security reviews and procurement.

ISO

The attainment of these certificates is a testament to GridBeyond, formerly Endeco Technologies’ ongoing commitment to consistently high quality service and product to our clients. It also demonstrates the promise and responsibility to do all we can to protect the environment, and our pledge to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all team members.

EUROPEAN COMMISSION’S SEAL OF EXCELLENCE

Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever, and promises more breakthroughs, discoveries and world-firsts by taking great ideas from the lab to the market. The evaluation is based on three criteria: excellence, impact and quality, efficiency of implementation. The European Commission has a first-class evaluation system engaging independent, international experts.

The European Commission recently awarded the Seal of Excellence for the development of our EnergyConnect platform, as part of the Horizon 2020 programme.

CYBER ESSENTIALS

By obtaining the Cyber Essential certificate, GridBeyond demonstrates the ability to protect your data and prevent cyber attacks. This IT Governance certification has been passed so our clients can be sure that the right security controls have been put in place and extensively tested by an external authority. The government have found that Cyber Essentials can prevent around 80% of cyber attacks.

CROWN COMMERCIAL SERVICES (CCS)

The Crown Commercial Services framework exists as a qualification process to ensure that suppliers to critical sites, such as hospitals, meet criteria. As a CCS accredited business, GridBeyond has passed a series of evaluations to ensure our business exceeds the quality and security thresholds to provide to the public sector.

CONTINUAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)

As a CPD provider, GridBeyond has the experience and expertise to create and deliver certified educational courses. We believe that education leads to better business decisions, which is why we have developed an academy of resources for those interested in demand side response and the energy market as a whole, and whose roles require a certain amount of hours of CPD training be obtained annually. Our resources ensure you have all the information you need to successfully partake in demand side response schemes, make significant savings and improve your green credentials. Stay tuned, as we regularly add more.
