Security you can verify

We know that “trust us” isn’t good enough, which is why we maintain a SOC 2 Type II report.

The SOC 2 Type II certification evaluates an organisation’s controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy over an extended period of time. Unlike SOC 2 Type I, which assesses controls at a specific point in time, SOC 2 Type II verifies that these controls are operating effectively over a sustained monitoring period.

Achieving SOC 2 Type II certification demonstrates that GridBeyond has implemented robust internal controls and security practices designed to safeguard customer data, ensure confidentiality, and deliver reliable services. Our security model is end-to-end: from infrastructure and product design through to organisational controls, advanced access management, and encryption across all systems. We also run continuous monitoring and control validation, so there are no blind spots.

For clients who need to accelerate security reviews or procurement processes, all of this is documented and accessible via our Trust Center.

• ISO 9001 Quality Management: this one goes far deeper than ticking the boxes for an annual audit. Being awarded the European Commission’s Seal of Excellence under the Horizon 2020 programme is one we’re particularly proud of.
